Tuesday Degen Action

Betting these midweek mickey mouse college games is not a good habit to get into, but I'm gonna take a beer money pick on FIU +5.5 over Sam Houston 

The Panthers are not a very good team but Sam Houston QB left the game last week and didn't return and they didn't score at all in the 2nd half with the backup. Anyone who follows me knows how I feel about these teams with 2nd half droughts.

I'm going to have to go to confession and ask the football gods for forgiveness for betting on this awful excuse for a football game.

The starting QB for Sam is hurt, their kicker is sick and missed 2 FGs and the starting QB for FIU is so bad they pulled him too and put in their FOURTH string guy because the backup is hurt and apparently the 3rd stringer is so bad the 4th string guy was better in practice during the week.

Every year I say no midweek garbage games. And even a beer money bet is too much. I could have donated that couple of bucks to needy children. I don't even drink any more I don't need beer money. I could have bought my dog the fanciest dog treats in the pet store, or full size candy bars to give out on Halloween like a real baller. Instead I had to watch a first half of a total 9 completions combined for 77 yards. 2.5 per pass. FIU starting QB has 1 completion, (the 4th string has one also) and he threw a pick on the first play of the game.

3 for 14 on 3rd downs combined, FIU got stuffed on 2 4th downs and Sam got stuffed on 4th down on the goal line. FIU has 5 penalties 4 on the offense. You could give the Panthers 2 footballs to play with and they still couldn't get a first down.

I hope it's 0-0 at the end of regulation and I lose my +5.5 to a TD in OT just to teach my dumb azz a lesson. I know this 4th string guys isn't any good because he has a sleeve of those stupid Polynesian looking tattoos like Tua and all the terrible tomato can QBs have.

As much I love football, I have to change the channel to watch nhl, it was painful to watch bth team.

Honestly, FIU has no business covering.  SHSU had 4th and goal at the 1 and didn't make it and the asshole kicker missed 2 fgs. That could've been 9-13 points there and an easy cover for SHSU.  BUT whatever no more high school fottball games for me. Yes, these are high school football games.

 That was a insult to high school football LOL. The crowd at these small schools would be jealous on some high school crowds week after week people attend from the east coast to west coast. Anyone would agree these guys set football back 100 years ago.
