Unlike the Hokies, the Green Wave have been greatly affected by the transfer portal and other postseason movements. The team will be without its head coach as Willie Fritz has left to take the head coaching position at Houston. QB Pratt is sitting this game out to prepare for the NFL Draft. Leading WR Chris Brazzell II is also gone from the team as is second-leading receiver, tight end Alex Bauman. Defensive back DJ Douglas is also out as he enters the portal, taking his three interceptions with him. Two defensive linemen are also transferring out with Devean Deal and Keith Cooper parting. The two combined for 70 tackles and nine sacks. Defensive end Darius Hodges and cornerback Jalen Monroe are also sitting out this game to prepare for the NFL Draft
blah blah blah seen this same write up like 7 times this bowl season and that team has won/covered 7 out of 7 times. Let them prove us wrong ONCE before we adjust. I’ll take Tulane +10.5, thank you.

Kai Horton starting, he started last year against Houston as a 2.5 point dog and Tulane won outright. Obviously they had Spears who’s in nfl now and some other dudes. But he’s not your typical absolute throw away loser backup QB, like Minnesota today - thank you running game.

@DeezyAZ81 I think the weather is really bad. Rain and windy .....I'll double check
If weather is bad, I like the over even more. Benefits the offense, as they know the plays and trying to tackle in poor conditions is difficult, especially for backups not used to playing.

I don't understand Tulane has a solid offensive line and Kai Horton can play QB. Makhi Hughes is a solid RB . Tulane better defense. Hokies blow donkey dick . I think all the tech backers are in for it imo

I think because half of the Tulane team is not playing, even on defense, and the coach left. The line is not -11 for no reason. what is the motivation? Not like they are playing for their coach or to prove anything.

We’ll see what kind of QB play Va Tech has. This guy is an ELITE athlete, but his accuracy can be all over the place. They could put up some huge chunk plays and then trip off their own dicks the next play. I’ve watched Tech a lot this year and it’s a bipolar football team.

Young kids playing to be noticed for new coaching /other teams. I know that could be the case but they do have plenty of players plus they're not going against world beaters . The coach aspect was what made me hesitant but these kids want a shot to play next year . It's the offensive line and Hughes for me . Bol I wouldn't lay the mortgage on this game either but something light

Good points. I do not think today's college players are built like those of the past though. Many do not give a $hit about these bowl games, especially when they do not even know who the next coach is I guess we will see today.
