Can both UH & TT defense hold both home teams to 21 points? You know that they can both score 45+ total points alone. UNLV & New Mexico are both Mickey Mouse teams going against high powered offenses.

I am with you here UHQB. I see both teams to come easy this week. I bet both teams texas tech -20,5 and hawaii -20. It was difficult to decide in what team to put more. Finally i did put 2,5K on hawaii and 500 on texas tech. I thouht that hawaii would go up, but later on i saw the line go down to 18 and i started worrying also for smart money taking place or like i wrote in my topic before i am worrying that hawaii is staying almost all week in vegas, and i am scared of anything dirty in the game. But i think the line went down, because Ostrowsky, their leading wide receiver didn't practice yesterday and he is unlikely to play this week. Hawaii has some injuries this week, but i still think that they will win by 3TDs. Hawaii has always cover easy against UNLV every time that was a double digit favorite. 59-21 last year as a 32 point favorite. 49-14 at 2007 as a 17 point favorite.42-13 at 2006 as a 12,5 point favorite. And 58-30 at 1995 as a 12,5 point favorite. Also every time that Hawaii has played two games in a row at road and has lose the first game or has win difficult, everytime is winning the second game and covers. Also i like a lot and texas tech. A parley or a teaser in the two teams is a good bet also. Good Luck!

EridonM, thanks for that info on their wide receiver. The team is staying off the strip at the Suncoast Hotel and practicing at Palo Verde HS. So there will be no distractions. One point I like about those scores is the fact they traveled to Utah St and beat them 45-7. Utah St is a good team ! I had the spread at 13 early this week and saw 19-20 . Wow ! Hope it goes down some more.
As for Maineroad, the UH fans will outnumber UNLV fans because Las Vegas is the ninth island of Hawaii. Many Hawaiians have flocked to Vegas because of jobs and cheaper cost of living. Google it and see for yourself. I know I'll be dressed in Green ! Go UH !

Nice! I have bet Texas Tech at -20,5 that looks good till now, except of the lightning delay, i hope they don't stop the game and goes push. And also i have Hawaii big tonight, which i got it for -20 earlier this week thinking that the line will go up fast, but i was wrong. Do you have hawaii and texas tech in a teaser or for the first half UHQB?

Went to this game and UNLV outplayed Hawaii. UH coaches thought this would be a pushover game. Coaches had NO CLUE on the sideline. UH linebackers had their hands up constantly wondering what to do. Small d-backs were getting beat all night. Moniz couldn't see his wide open receivers and overthrew the other WR. Hawaii was confused throught out the game. When Utah St comes to Hawaii in November, look for an outright win by the Utah St Aggie and the conference title.
