3 days later, I get an email from them saying I need to agree to the terms and conditions disclaimer before they release the check, so I do.
Nothing happens. Today they email me saying I need to OFICIALLY agree to the terms and conditions disclaimer before releasing the check. And THEN they say because it's after 1:00 pm EST, the processers are down until Wednesday, Jan. 3, and if I want to waive the $80 fee, I have to wait until Sunday January 8. It should take 5-10 business days before I receive it, and a few days for it to clear.
I call their customer service, and the supervisor wouldn't let me talk. Kept saying "excuse me sir, I'm still speaking".
5dimes is absolute garbage. Anyone recommend a good book?

It is their fraud verification process. Once they have u on file, you no need to hassle with their bs. I get free withdrawal 1x each month or fork over $40 per 1 grand withdrawal fee. Been a good run for me. Cashed out the last 5 months so far.
Although my credit cards all 9 of them got hacked by identity thief but my cc was able to refund.
I am currently running into issue with them taking my money through a Chinese supplier that kept on changing me extras for international fees. I complained n instead getting charge back, it becomes credit for me to play more. Also my bank charges me extra for international fees. Double the fawkers if you asking me.
