This is a game I've had to think about. I originally liked Utah. I looked at Oregon's other road games. Lose by 25 at USC (probably a better team than Utah), lose in ot at cal, lose by 18 to Wash St (I think a little better team than Utah because of that powerful passing game and a pretty respectable defense). Lost by 50 at home to Washington and was down 52-13 at home to Stanford before 2 late Tds.
Utah played Arizona at home earlier and won by 13 which is this game's line. Arizona is probably even worse than Oregon. The AZ state game ended up a blowout but was tied through 3.
Oregon is just so bad on defense. They give up 50+ to everyone they play. And you would think Utah could at least hold Oregon under 30, possibly under 20 or 25.
The math supports Utah. Wondering if there is something they see that I don't because it feels like it should be an 18-19 point line, especially when you factor in Utah won at Oregon last year like 77 to 20 or something crazy and they are a much improved offensive team while Oregon is probably worse on defense.
