Wake Forrest/Army

So a few weeks ago everyone played army -6.5 to -9.5 against ball st and lost straight up..And when I say everyone I mean everyone. Last week army plays wiskey at wiskey as 13.5 dogs…. Now this week they get 16th ranked wake forest at home and the line is only 3? Bahahahahhaha okay…. Smells like Venice beach… when’s the last time these kids at wake saw an offense like army’s? I don’t care they just had a week to prepare… 

army wins this game but I’ll take the 3.5 just in case

I see this game very differently than you. Wake by 11. Not to mention this game goes in the 60s. What is the most number of points army can score? They haven't scored more than 28 points against a team with a winning record. How many points can Wake score? They haven't scored less than 37 points against a team with a winning record. You are absolutely right, army will take advantage of wake weak rush defense. And army will get their 28 points. But I'm not sure why you are worried about Wake's defense. Army was only able to run the score up on one team: UConn. Look for Wake to pick up the pace and get some points. Wake -11. Also, take the over!

Army is consistently a very good team. But Wake is having a great couple of years (last year their performance was far better than their record)

Slow Army offense will eat up a lot of time.

 I hear everything you are saying… even more so why I like army at only 3… with everything you just said it should be an easy cover for wake… only 3 ?

 Wake is 2-4 ATS this year. Books gave em too much love and now are backing off. The line opened at -3 and hasn't moved yet. There is no hook either way. They are not on either side of this bet. This is where the books think the game will be. IF you do point averages, game comes to 30 - 26 Army. So books are just playing right into the averages here. Edge goes to anyone who has watched and studied these teams. This is a great game to bet if you see how the drives will go. Army has great D against a Wake team with a humming offense. Lots of possibilities.

 3 points is a tie. Neither side of the bet benefits here. 

Wake Forest  is a 2nd or 3rd ranked ACC team who has a green light to become#1 they see Clemson as weak
Army is not under any radar, they're success on offense in the ground game is well documented as well as their weakness in pass coverage
In particular a few key areas.  Is wake forest experienced at defending the option, no they are not, But Army lacks the secondary and balance on offense to compete against a school like Wake Forest, Case in point Army was well ahead of Western Kentucky but with that wicked passing attack that WK has Army barely pulled out a 38-35 win And Wake forest offensive attack is a lot more balanced that WK.s and has a hell of a lot better defense than WK.

Curly... If you do point averages, game comes to 30 - 26 Army. Based on average offensive and defensive points for each team. The line is not shockingly low. Well, I could see how the books don't think it is. I think it's low!

Line moved to +3.5 .... Now books want you to take Army side of the bet! There is your hook my friend. Go be the side of the bet the books want you on. Probably too much money coming in on Wake.

Had 13.5 and still didn’t get there…. Which I’m fine with. Was patient and still had a chance at the end instead of sitting dead with 15 to go… 

One thing you cannot control are injuries. Sucks. Just like these schmuck bozo security guards here in the mirage… busting my chops because i Don’t have a mask on… while their mask is just covering there sweaty lips. Sucks can’t do anything about it….
