Utah isn’t weak, lost some close games. Refs housed them against Florida. UCLA was due for a quality win lol. Also beat a promising young USC squad two times.

 He runs a decent amount. I do think Penn State wins regardless, but it was over when Rising went down.

The only guy that I know that celebrates a non championship win while the opposing teams QB goes out mid game when it was neck and neck. He runs every game…this guy is clueless.
