Taking the over 59.5. Anytime a total is under 60 in a Western Kentucky game it's always worth a look. They aren't known for defense and always seems to give up a ton of points especially when matched up against a Power 5 school. I know it's Kalen Deboer's first game with his new team, but they should be able to pile on points against Western Kentucky. I can't lay the chalk of over 30 with them but think the over makes sense.

It will be interesting to see how Bama's defense performs under KD.
Helping Kama'aina to beat their " Local " since 1994.

I'll be taking over in 1H. I agree with what you say about WKU. Even if Alabama's def rises up in the 2nd half, the total should still go over. I'm personally gonna err on the side of caution in case Bama lets off the gas. They do have USF and Wisconsin in their next 2 games after all.

Anytime you see a game like this, you ask 2 questions > EVERY TIME
Does the big school take these games seriously / care about extending margins - do they have a lookahead game next week? - OR does the HC treat these as a scrimmage typically - play everybody + extremely vanilla game plan on O & D ?
Does the small school play hard usually, risking injury to key players - in a game that doesn't mean anything really - OR do they just usually show up, pick up the $2M check >> get TF out healthy as possible? Note some coaches will even pull starters early.
A perfect storm here - Bama HC has covered every non-conf regular season game he's coached (11-0 su/ats) - WKU HC has never covered as a DD dog - and usually gets killed in this spot - LY L 63-10 @ OSU (+30) ...2022 - L 41-17 @ Auburn (+5) ... 2021 - L 48-31 @ Sparty (+10)
Bama and/or OVER look like solid plays here - anything less than a slaughter will have fans talking ......
The impediment to action advances action - what stands in the way becomes the way.
