@Tressel33&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Joe Public hearing today&#x27;s hype about Penn State only losing to two playoff teams and and going with the B10 &gt;&gt;&gt; Pac12 bias.&#xD;&#xA;Whether it will happen on the field is anyone&#x27;s guess. I think Penn St wins this but there&#x27;s no reason to bet just for degen action.

PSU opened on Dec.05. as the Fav for about 1 hour, then UT settled in as the Fav rising to -3 for the next week, then gradually moving down to -1 yesterday, and flipping to the Dog this morning. I can't find anything that suggests a reason.

From my notes Clark Phillips was listed as an OPT-OUT at least before Dec.29th

Utah Star Tight End Dalton Kincaid (Top receiving target for Cam Rising) declared he won't play in the Rose Bowl. This was declared earlier on so I doubt this impacted line swing from Utah -2.5 (12/12/22) to Penn State -1.5 (Today)
