 Great question. Just saw the cotton bowl line for the first time. 
Off the cuff would say Penn State would be favored by 2-3 pts. Prob favored by 6-7 over Irish

 Too easy. 

I'm biased as an Ohio state fan. But, we've had the hardest road. By far.

Plus, I didn't want to see a rematch between Ohio State and Penn State. Or, Texas and Georgia for the third time. Thank goodness that looks like the latter won't happen.

Penn State is ass and their QB is awful . They had the easiest first 2 games of the playoffs .

Agreed... I'm glad we won't see any of those  matchups in the semis.   

Your OSU team seems a juggernaut.   I'm not sure what the hell happened against MICH, but it sure has galvanized your team to be the best team.... by far

After a cakewalk regular season(minus OSU) and the easiest playoff schedule,  PSU has to play a solid team.

Penn State had the SOS during the regular season.

ND had the back-up QB.

Both defenses played lights out.
