I just added another Oregon state moneyline today I have them &#x2B;5.5 and on the moneyline. Notre dame quarterback Hartman is out I believe and that&#x2019;s all I needed to know . Oregon state in a close one

The starting Oregon St. QB Gulbranson has thrown for just 6 total yards all season.

The Beavs are using their 3rd string QB (although he was 7-1 as a starter last year), he barely played this season. They&#x2019;re also w/o their stud RB Martinez, their top 2 WR&#x2019;s and their TE. Also their kicker which could be key in a close game. ND is w/o Hartman but they have their Defense in tact which will be the difference today.
