Who are the key big name players that

won't play for at least the first 3 games?

If any.

Don't think there are any.

Looks like all college teams so far are leaving camps with all their key guys.  This is very rare.

NOT KEY, BIG NAMES, but will have an impact;

Wake Forest lost Donovan Greene, 2nd leading receiver, starting right tackle Nash, and Monroe, a linebacker in the rotation.

Washington St lost leading receiver Renard Bell leaving Wash. St ranked at 119th in returning receptions, 113th in returning receiving yards.

On August 12th Minnesota's leading WR Autman-Bell was injuried in practice (leg) and carried off the field. On Aug. 17th it was reported he was week-to-week and Fleck said good chance he plays vs Ohio St. I would ask; at 100%????

Northwestern's starting running back from last year, Cam Porter, out for the season with lower back injury. He had only 333 yds rushing and 5 tds last yr.

Central Michigan; running back Kobe Lewis had surgery on his knee about a week ago. He had just over 1500 yds and 20 td's in 2 seasons, 20 games.

is Akron's good TB eligible?

was CMU tailback news recent? I see he had surgery last week, so I assume that's when he was injured.

Ga Southern's starting QB, who won the job after Shai Werts left for L'ville (to switch to WR for some reason), is suspended for the first two games; due back for the Arkansas game on 9/18. It's an option offense, obviously, but this kid Justin Tomlin beat out, among others, a Paul Johnson style QB from GT (who himself switched to WR in the offseason).

UGA likely missing Darnell Washington and Tykee Smith this week against Clemson. Looks like everyone else will play.

Autman-Bell I would consider "dinged-up" at this point.
