makes no sense, you never see this in any sport but football these days. I just saw a block in the back on kickoff return td in uconn/unc game penalty on play for holding, then announced no holding. but you threw a flag because you saw holding.

I&#x2019;ve been saying this for years. I would really like to know how the conversation goes on the field. Ref # 1. Who&#x2019;s the penalty on? Ref # 2. I got holding on number 76. Ref # 1 No , he wasn&#x2019;t holding, it kind of looked like it, but from my angle, I can tell it wasn&#x2019;t t holding. Ref # 2. My bad I thought it was a hold, nevermind.
