Yea, he has a big hearing coming and if he turns away, she will go after him once a pro. He wants to stay away from this and the cops sided with him. It is only a matter of time before the truth comes out...
I got a feeling he forced himslef on her or she was passed out. Whatever it is, FSU is not going to get hurt. THe school itself... I can see him getting a couple game suspension for whatever violation, thus the reason it is now, they can schedule it around weeker opponents... Everything always has a reason and someone guiding the timing of it behind closed doors..
I am sure they want proof on him. Then sit tight until his 3 year as a pro and pound him for cash, aND GO AFTER THE SCHOOL. tHE SCHOLL IS JUST PREPARTING ITSELF.

The corruption surrounding FSU football is being heavily exposed in the media this week, especially with NYT article exposing police protection of FSU athletes. Books probably worried FSU will surprise them again with a suspension to try to maintain some credibility as an academic institution. Pretty safe to say they've thrown that out the window at this point for the $$$.

News leaks out of Tallahassee saying Winston also sold autographs to same guy that Gurley did. Source said the UGA investigation led the NCAA to FSU....
IF they play him and they have proof, after FSU notified, and they play him? That would be forfeit.... that's why Richt held out Gurley last week. It was not the NCAA.
Not here to start rumors, source on Finebaum also mentioned it

Maybe Jameis will be allowed to bring in the evidence of her friends, phone calls and messages. Wasn’t she there with friends who said she wasn’t impaired? Didn’t she call a friend to ask that friend to meet up with her and the guys and didn’t that friend say she sounded fine? Wasn’t she so unconcerned about being ‘raped’ that she made calls or texts to someone to get the answers to a test she was planning on taking the next day?
I would hope whomever is listening to the statements given and any supporting statements, would go beyond ‘she said she was impaired but her friends say she sounded fine and acted no differently than normal. Also, BAC shows no significant impairment.’ ‘he says, she was fine and never asked for sex to not happen. when Casher & Darby came into the room she didn’t ask for help, she asked them to leave. She didn’t want to be brought to her dorm but asked to dropped off and walk the final way and was sufficiently capable of doing so.’
How much real evidence is allowed? Or is it all based on what each says to the ‘arbitrator’ at the time of the hearing and he only decides on how believable he thinks one or the other is?
FSU earlier found witnesses, Darby and Casher, innocent. If FSU believed Winston committed sexual assault, wouldn’t those two have gotten into trouble for failing to prevent sexual assault?
That’s all Winston has to do to be cleared: argue that FSU already deemed this incident something that wasn’t sexual assault.
