Best of luck  I also for the fathom of me don't understand how folk get dwi's in 2023 . I mean with Uber, lift , technology sheesh.  Eve ln my insurance company if I'm wasted at a bar they'll send a car with 2 drivers. One gets in my driver seat , takes me home while being followed.....no I've never done this lol it's even more weird when ball players don't. Teams literally have fleets of Escalade trucks / limos to drive them yet often we read about it smh

 It really makes no sense. I got a dwi back in 2004 I was 22 years old. No smartphone, no cab service like now but no excuse either. I was up all night then at 6am we decided to take a fishing charter off great south bay long island lol (genius). Packed out my car we loaded coolers of Corona and took off. We actually did make it fishing but by the time leaving I was cooked. It was beautiful June day my best friends sister had her graduation party night before...which led to this lol on the way home at like noon I thought I was in fast n furious we had blasting music and I literally blew past a state trooper who was in the speed lane I came flying around on the right lane lol what a young dope I was. The state trooper went bananas. Apparently on of my passengers decided to ditch some type of pain pill in my ashtray of the car. After going to the precinct still refusing to blow he tells me about the couple pills. I swore they weren't mine as they weren't. He says ok I'm not going to charge you for the 2 pills I believe you....right after you blow into the machine. The PD actually was being alright to me although bombed he was giving me time to sober up. Well I blew .19 he flew off the handle as it was like almost 3 hours after being pulled over. What a bonehead mistake I made. I told myself this will never happen again. I had to hire really expensive Attorneys that happened to be connected to my counties corrupt DA. ( I think he's in jail now Tom Spota) . Paid all types of fees and motor vehicle fees. The cop wrote crazy letter to the judge detailing everything that happened.. after getting chewed out he just let me go just fines. Crazy cost over 12k and this was long time ago. I know long ass story just thought might find interesting as I hope everyone stays safe not driving. I could've killed someone. Laws did get much tighter after this as they should.

you guys are 100 percent right it's 2 am your drunk your not thinking your really not. because you think shit I can make it home with no problem im not drunk but you are you just don't think you are  shit  it's 2 am coming from a pup your telling me your not drunk . like you said you could have killed somebody I also got pulled over for drunk driving the only problem about 1 week later I go back to that bar and who do I see drinking you guessed it that fat fucking cop I remmember going to jail that cop telling me I shouldnt  drink and drive but he did but yes everybody Happy New Year and again it's not worth it I get it your like I said at a pup thinking you can make it home with no problem years ago it wasnt as bad the fines I mean now a days wityh all the fines and your insurence car holy cow will be 5 digits
