Saw the &#x27;illegal roughness&#x27; penalty.  Guess it was well past the whistle, even though I couldn&#x27;t tell.  Critical timing for a tough call. Officials have a lot of say in the outcome.

&#xA;Don&#x27;t mind losing football games and a bet, when I pick the wrong team. However, after racking up 28 - 7 at halftime, the Cougars were spent. Clearly, Houston was the much better team against second rate Tulane!  The head coach for Houston was a freakin&#x27; idiot for not replacing tired players!
