weather in Boise, ID will be 26 F and by halftime down to 20F.   Will the cold temp affect the passing game?  I know windy weather is not conducive to the passing game, but will cold temperature have the same effect?  CSU is pretty balanced.  They can run and pass.  I am tempted to pick the Over, but given the cold temp, I'm leaning towards the Under.

Idaho +17.    I'm no expert, but I'm thinking that is a lot of points, and there is a possibility that Colorado State lets down a little bit.  The motivation is more with Idaho as they have been dropped from the Sun Belt but have kept their focus. 

Of course it could go the other way, stronger team from a stronger conference covers the 17 in a blowout. 

I'll stick with the Vandals thinking game management will help them cover with the 17.   TATERS!!!
