Also to call this game a lock is just plain stupid.  This game is far from a lock on either side with 2 freshman QB's.

Your precious trends date back to before Army ran the triple option, before their new coach, and while Rutgers had Ray Rice and their only winning seasons in years.

I'm thinking Rutgers-10.5.. Can Army keep up w/ RU... I know RU isn't that special but Army?? C'mon.. It is going to be raining and turnovers could come into play.. I could see RU blowing out Army. Can I get a little . I need a win bad..the total is low is there any chance of RU scoring in the high 20's or low 30's?????

The keys to tonight's game:

1. If Rutgers continues to defend the run as well as it has this season, Army will face a difficult task. The Scarlet Knights rank 11th nationally in rushing defense, allowing just 91.5 yards per game, and have held three of their last four opponents under 50 yards rushing.


2. The Black Knights have not scored more than one offensive touchdown in four consecutive games. In the past four weeks, they are 11 of 14 inside their opponent’s 20-yard line but have scored just four TDs total. IMO they don't score on tonight at all.

Rutgers finally got worn down by a faster, bigger, stronger 2-dimensional Pitt team last week.  Army ain't/can't do that.

Unless Rutgers is taking one for the red,white and blue....

might be a game in the 1st half but I think Rutgers draws a beat on the option and Army's D in the 2nd during the 2nd Act.

PS. anybody else go to bed last night figuring NC had matters in hand (24-6 NC when I shut it down) ?  I would have crapped myself this morning had I not already been on the can when I got the score........... !
