sjst has improved recently and the coach is in his 3rd year...but he is starting a new QB and a new RB and only returns 5 starters on D...yes, Stan lost a lot, but Stan a system plug and play team...you can't directly replace luck and castro in 1 year, but you fill in those roles with competent players who will want to continue the winning tradition stan started under harbaugh...

Col Jim - what is San Jose St's record against stanford ATS in the last 10 years, which  includes the period before Harbaugh???  If I recall correctly, out of 8 matchups during that time period, St Jose St has only covered once...

any insight on stanfords new QB?  even though its @ home.  25pts seams rather steep on week one. maybe check out the totals when they finally get published.

San Jose St.covered 4 of their road games last season as a dog , of course one of the 2 games they didn't cover was at Stanford and La Tech ,pushed at BYUGLTA

San Jose has 1 senior 1 sophomore an 6 FRESHMEN at O-Line so what will a juco all American QB  do if his O-Line cant do shit ? I'm liking Stanford but with no QB how do we cover that huge chalk ? No play aloha
