I just don't see this one being as close as some cappers think this will be. TCU in a rout.

TCU is going to destroy Minn in week 1...its not about talent or coaching (which are relatively even), just one program currently head and shoulders above the other in the college football food chain.

TCU will roll, but by 14 plus? What I do know is Coach Kill of Minnesota is really really good. He has turned three programs into winners. 

Check out the last four games of last year for Minnesota

Minnesota lost to #1 ranked Ohio St by 7
Minnesota beat  #23 ranked Nebraska at Nebraska
Minnesota lost  by 16 to #13 ranked Missouri
Minnesota lost by 10 to #14 ranked Wisconsin

I think this is a no play. TCU might come in overconfident
but I am sure this Minnesota team will be super fired up and ready to play for this home game. They will be listening to how TCU is going to smash them for months. This is a home game for Minnesota. 

These type of games make me too nervous to bet on. Minnesota has the motivational edge here and that means a lot in college football.

TCU's offense has come too far and Minny's not far enough.

I like Coach Kill and hope they make a game of it.

Opening Day and TCU this first game decides the rest of their season. Being snubbed last season from the Playoffs and returning 10 starters on offense which 9 of them are seniors.

Last Season final score 30-7 TCU.
Minnesota with 286 yds offense
TCU with 427 yard offense

Minnesota with 14 First Downs
TCU with 22 First Downs

Minnesota was 2-3 ATS vs Non Conf Teams
TCU was 4-0 ATS vs Non Conf Teams

Don't over think this one. Its the Same TCU offense against the Same Minnesota Defense

Minnesota finished 2nd to last in Passing in the Big Ten with 141.8 yards per game.

I don't believe Minnesota will be able to move the chains running the football. If they could then Lordzud might be right. Minnesota's strength is the front seven on defense, not the defensive backfield where they have 0 returning starters.  TCU is the perfect team to exploit that.

45 - 7 TCU (no one will be shocked)

But it is a risk. Can Minnesota keep their home crowd in the game, and find a way to move the chains?

TCU just lost two defensive players yet the line still goes up. Money must be coming in on TCU. I locked this in earlier this week.

It's strength vs strength when the horned frogs have the ball and weak vs weak when the gophers have it.  Smart money is on the UNDER here.
