played a good texas team close?? byu let a couple freshman come in and beat them, in a game they had, but ultimatley choked..

BYU's VAUNTED offense is ranked 108 out of 119 teams through two games...

When BYU is favored by this much over Utah they either Lose straight up or win by 2-3 points... i believe BYU has only beaten Utah by 7 points once in the last 12 years..

before the year started i loved BYU in the matchup to finally beat Utah by double digits..  Now after seeing there offense and playcalling, im not as confident.. and seeing Utah play decently against USC puts alittle more doubt in my mind.. i still like BYU -5 with the final score being something like 20-10... the under looks really good in this game too... 17-16 was the score last year, and i dont think both offense are that much ahead of where they were last year.. both defenses are better this year.. byu by far alot better this year defensively..

Under is a pretty solid play... both teams put up just 14 and 16 last game against solid defenses, and i expect about the same output in this game...

texas has a great defense and had a SOPHOMORE and freshman qb come in to beat byu. if you watched any of the game, which you probably didn't, you would have seen how much better those two qb's were than gilbert. if you watched any of the texas games last year, you would have also seen how attrocious gilbert is. it's a miracle that mack brown finally took him out. now texas can be good again.
