Claiming Prizes

So what about the  $1,000 a week  winners for leading in the king of covers contests..so I have to wait 6to8 weeks to receive 1000 dollars??

Sent an email to the above email address because no email was recieved in any folders including junk folder. For nfl weekly covers contest.

I won $1000 in the June Survivor Monthly. I had to open a Skrill account. Finally, I got the money deposited and was sent an email from Skrill on 10/14/21 showing that the money was now in my account. Same day, I signed into my account and saw that I had $1,000 but could not withdraw any money until I confirmed my identity. They requested a scan of my driver's license in addition to a photo of me to prove it was me.

I did not have a smart phone so I was going to wait until my children would visit so they could do it for me. I ended up buying a smartphone and I and went to Skrill yesterday and my account was at 0.00.

All calls to them just go into a loop of cannot find account or press 1 for English and press 2 to continue without an account #. I have called numerous time with same result. Could not send them an email either as it would not go through.

 I was told it would be 6 business days to receive prize money for 3rd place in the NHL contest. No money has been transferred and I cannot seem to find the correct avenue to communicate with anyone at Covers. 

I have tried email reply through the original email thread I was sent after the season, emailed directly from the website contact info, FB messenger, forum help, and still, ... nothing.

I have always had a good experience through Covers customer service in the past, so not sure how to proceed from here. But I will proceed.

I have yet to hear anything back from Covers. I finished in the top 20 NHL king of covers regular season and NO email to confirm prize. I have repeatedly emailed Covers with NO reply after 4 emails to date. I will continue until hopefully i hear back from covers on why they advertise a prize giveaway and dont follow through. Kind of pointless to play your contests if prizes are awarded

hey covers can anyone help i still havent received my 250.00 cash prize from thanksgiving day football contest i received an email asking for my address which said i would receive prize in 3 to 5 business days still have not received anything thank u

In some cases these can take up to 20 business days to get sent out. I would expect you to receive this before the new year.

We decided to get away from swag this year and wanted to offer prizing that gives the winner the ability to purchase whatever they'd like. We figured Amazon gift card would be the best way to do that. We understand that some contest players would still like to opportunity to win Covers Swag and we still plan to offer some within our contests occasionally, such as our recent Super Bowl Predictions Contest we ran in the forums.

Hopefully this explains our reasoning for the change!
