Wow! Never thought I would see the day when a gambling site like Covers would stoop to take a page from the Ontario Lottery Gaming Association. I see that because too many people have either selected the Dodgers or the Giants in that matchup later tonight on the Streak Survivor contest, no other picks pertaining to that game will be accepted. Too funny......Heck that's the exact stunt that the OLGA constantly pull for the Ontario sports lottery. Of course that's simply to take away the possibilities of having to pay too much on a potential winning ticket involving that specific game. That in my opinion is nothing more than a "crock of shet". I mean why the hell post a game for the choosing if that same game is not going to be available for selecting right up until game time or the first pitch? However in Covers case with the S.S.C., it's merely to move up the ladder, so why take a game off the board because too many are on it? Absurd is the word. Maybe it's time Covers change the name of the Streak Survivor contest to the "First Come, First Serve" contest. What next!!!
