3 simple suggestions for new layout

Question

1. Allow editing of posts for a short time period (5 mins for example)

2. Allow timezone change (someone else already mentioned this, but a good basic function to have)

3. Allow/Enable a more complete User Settings/Control Panel so posters can customize a wider range of standard, typical forum features (i.e. notifications, layout, thread subscriptions, etc.)
