BCC sent to a BTC address

Question

I used Coinbase to send 5k of BCC and I sent it to a BTC address at my book.  Can you help me to recover this mistake? Coinbase is not being helpful. I did notice that the address that I sent the BCC to a BTC address changed after 31 days. I kept monitoring for transactions and there was none until I checked on day 31. The address listed was different and confirmations showing from the day that I sent it, I was very confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I sent 5k.
