Confirmation Emails For Free Daily Contests

I have not been receiving confirmation emails for the Free Daily Contests as well as from USA Today for about a week.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

It is possible that your emails have been being sent to your junk/spam file due to low engagement with our emails.

 Thanks, but I checked my Junk and Spam Folders and there are no confirmation emails from the Covers Free Play contests and the USA Today Free Play contests. I stopped receiving confirmation emails and the emails about how my entries did around 2/25/22. Was there any upgrade done at that time with email lists?

 I have not changed my email and I have not changed the information associated with my account. The emails stopped at around 2/25/22.

I submitted my picks for NBA Thursday Pickem on 3/10/22 and did not receive a confirmation email.

You could try changing your email information to see if that fixes the problem. If you do, once again check your spam/junk file as our mail may be auto-filtered there until our messages are marked as safe.
