Covers and Friends

Hey covers, what has happened to all my friends I had nothing there now under my friend list???

 After last changed they had the list where you sent PMs,now it is empty,so sometime in last 4 months I would guess since I had used it around that time they empty or lost our list,

another improvement.

last time I used message box was in September 2020 now the friend list 

is empty

 Why is covers not getting back to us on this, guess we no longer do friends on covers anymore, they do not want friends now, why is that as issue?

Yep, Friends box is EMPTY...and I see you 2 have not had a response. Quality work Covers...quality. What the hell happened to my friends?

 I tried to send a PM which is the main reason to have friends and the account menu but I was not able to send any messages because I have no friends,used to have hundreds, but my guess why they are not answering is it happened after the switch over to new format and they have no idea what happened so they are using the new Trump rules and acting like nothing is wrong.

Or they knew it was going to happen and did not tell us and are waiting to see how many notice the change??

 I started another one because without a friends list you can not send any PMs, but nothing said on that one either.

Sorry, I brought this bug to the attention of our IT support team when this thread was created but I forgot to respond to this thread. It is an older platform and these things tend to happen. That being said the bug is under investigation!

 So is our friends list gone? People I have messages from I can not answer them because it will say user only accepts PMs from friends, and we all have that but I never clicked on anything that said friends only like facebook has.So curious if that is how Covers set it up,pretty sure if I asked anyone on here they would say the same,could just open it up,just sayin...

Too early to say, I'm still waiting for support team to troubleshoot the issue. As for the other issue you're facing, this is a user preference on the message platform's settings page so you and your friend will have to go in and un-check the box that says "Receive private messages only from my Covers friends list".

 I did uncheck it,do not even remember doing anything on that page,but I did join quite a few years ago, but of course it looks like everyone has clicked on that box so if I did get a pm I could not answer it because user only accepts pms from friends.
