Covers can you look into this for me please?

Hey Covers,There is a guy in one of my Office pools for some reason he can&#x27;t get back into the pool for he says that his computer crashed &amp; he can&#x27;t for some reason log back into his old account..I told him to contact you guys but he&#x27;s saying that he hasn&#x27;t heard anything back from you guys in regards to getting him back to his old Covers account..could you look into this for me please...I&#x27;m posting what he sent me..Thanks,Green...BARZALBRYANTPM BARZALBRYANTJoined: Feb 2019Posts: 1 ProspectQUOTE#9Posted: 2/7/2019 7:20:56 AMFrankieI sent you a friend request. He want to come back into our office pool as BRYANTBARZAL but for some reason he can't log back in...I told him to either clean his cache & or delete his cookies...& or ask for a reset of his password..that seemed like a simple thing to get a password reset & he would be right back in the pool...not sure if he has done this..could you guys please send him a message & try & clear this up since there's not much I can do on my end...

Hello Green,Unfortunately, he did not respond to the email we sent to him on January 25th. At the time there was no username (BARZALBRYANT).The account - BRYANTBARZAL If he does not remember the password to this account, he can simply select the forgotten password option when attempting to login. This will send him an email to reset his password. The email will be sent to the email address on that account.- CT

Hello Green,Essentially everything you told him to try, should get him back onto his account, as is it not locked.Once he resets the password to that account, he should have all the login details needed to sign in as normal.- CT
