Did the matchups page change?

CT,When I look at the matchups page for a particular game, the format looks to be in mobile, which is awful. What happened to the old format which was much more palatable and insightful?Here is a link of one of the pages for an example -https://www.covers.com/sport/basketball/ncaab/matchup/190110

The matchup page is a disaster. What companies oftentimes forget is that changing something doesn't always make it better. The team pages and matchup pages are a complete mess. Programmers think they are making improvements, but they don't use the page and they don't know. The same thing is the case with some of the managers. They don't use the page on a regular basis, so they just go along with what the programmers recommend. Rarely does management have the guts to admit a mistake and simply go back to the way things were. And I am sure Covers won't admit it either.

There is no fixing the current matchups and team pages. Just go back to what you had and make people happy.

I checked the link but the majority of comments were complaints.  The only users that liked it seemed to be bots and not people like me that have used this forum for a while.The new matchup page is so bad, I could see it causing people to leave.

It is filled in large part with people giving actual constructive feedback. The Q&A section answers some of those complaints/comments and outlines plans to tweak things as we move forward. If you have suggestions on things we should consider looking at moving forward I recommend adding your thoughts to those threads.

So i noticed you first did this with nhl games. But with other sports, it was more clear such as you could see what a teams o/u is and like their total scoring and total points given up etc... its right there.

Now its much more complicated. Previously in the old layout, you could see the last 10 match results for each team and also their last 10 head to head. You need to click on head to head to see this now. Previously everything on one page was much more simpler.

Can you change this layout back to the old format for matchups? It was much simpler. Not only that, when you click on a team, you can't even see what their over/under is at home and away even when you click on that team's page. Covers, you need to change it back to the old layout. Nobody likes this layout. Even the forum layout... im sure almost all ppl here use the old layout as oppose to new layout.

I would recommend for you to check out the threads around the Matchups pages for some insights on things we are hoping to improve on in the coming days/weeks. What percentage of users do you think are using the old covers forum format vs the new one?

The issue is those matchup pages, you need to click on it and more of those pages and it doesn't even show you some information that was there previously.

That is just to start.
