I tried sending to customer support with updates several times and I received no response, so I'm posting this error bug here.
If you look at the following team pages, no live scores are updating for FLA and LAK since 11/5:

https://www.covers.com/sport/hockey/nhl/teams/main/los-angeles-kings
That's because the game on 11/5 is missing between FLA/LAK. The result does not show up on either team's last 10 games, and the boxscore for that game is all zeroes here:

The data feed looks like it was cutoff the 8th minute into the 3rd period. The final score s/b LAK 5 - FLA 4, and it looks like it's locking up the live feature on the team pages.
