in covers.com forum rules or forum TOS
is it permitted for a previously BANNED member
to sneak back into the forums under a new secret alias,
or would that BANNED guy have his new account BANNED as well ???
(yes this assumes we can identify the new alias is in fact the same guy who was BANNED before)

"Covers.com users are only permitted to have one account. We don't allow multiple accounts per user."

No one, including banned members, is allowed to have multiple accounts. We will ban all duplicate accounts. Our moderation team is highly skilled at identifying duplicate accounts. However, if you suspect we missed one, please send any evidence to support@covers.zendesk.com.
