The Covers Help Forum is here for you to get assistance with help-related issues. Please use the guidelines below when posting in this forum. 

Types of threads that should be posted in this forum:   

• Issues on pages at Covers: This would include bugs, incorrect data, problems with Covers Contests, etc. Please be as specific as possible and include the page URL where you are experiencing the issue or seeing a problem.
• Issues within the community: This could be calling attention to any threads that need moderation, but fall outside of the options for our Report feature, i.e. threads that need to be moved to the correct forum, or that need mod or admin attention that are not abusive, harmful, or spam; or posts that you think should be deleted, etc. Please use the Report Post function for posts that are harmful, abusive or offensive, or spam.
• General Assistance: Any specific questions for mods or admins that you need assistance with.
• Suggestions or Feedback: Post any feedback or suggestions you may have in Covers Help.
• Updates: Admins will also use the Covers Help Forum to post updates for you.

What does NOT belong in the Covers Help Forum:

Where is the Report Post Function? @mikedbd needs his posts reviewed! He needs to be banned! Just read his posts. He is a detriment to the COVERS COMMUNITY. Non stop use of profanity! Unacceptable!

hi covers, my streak survivor pick is stuck on January 14th and won't allow me to make another pick.

 Did vegas tell covers.com to change the home screen? all of a sudden the home screen is different and with less information why the change?

please institute a 5 minute edit function for replying to a thread. the copy and paste function frequently malfunctions

and results in very messy threads.

Post a thread here in Covers Help.  If you could provide the link to the thread you need edited, and also exactly what you want the post to say, I can fix it for you.  It's not ideal - we're working on upgrading our reporting system so that you guys can report something like this, but it's what will work for now.

I would like to delete posts 50-56. This is going to be a year long review of my NFL scheme which was very successful last year and attracked

many of the members.I want it to be clean of incomplete copy and paste mistakes.

This could be done if there was a edit button available? Is there a reason that is not possible? Again thankyou!!

 I think I got them all - let me if not. Problem is the post #'s change for the remaining posts as you delete them. :p

Regarding the editing post - I'm not sure if that was something that used to be available or not, or should be now. I'll get with the guys on that.  

I picked the Guardians-Twins scheduled for May 20 and it was rained out, but now it shows the game as being picked for Sept. 20, which has me locked out from picking. Please re-set this.

So, today I picked the over on the Reds v Arizona. However, it looks like it was graded against the suspended game of last night. The date on the game that shows a loss is showing 7/06/25. It is clear that I didn’t pick that game last night as it shows I picked the Yankees v Sox.

Can you make the adjustment to fix? Again my pick this morning was Reds v Arizona.

Hello Lans7, Unfortunately this game was moved over to the new date incorrectly and has been made void. You wouldn't be credited a loss but we are unable to move your pick to the 2nd game of the day.

Your streak should update correctly after your next pick is graded. Apologies for the mishap here.

Are we allowed to make more than one pick now? The entire monthly leaderboard has multiple picks for one day.

Only one pick per day is allowed for the Streak Survivor contest, the leaderboard should be showing correctly now.

How do you report someone who is abusive and harmful within a thread?  Even stating I have multiple accounts which is absurd to say the least as we all know that is not possible with the IP addresses and Im sure checks and balances that Covers has.  Even a clarification of how impossible that is from a Covers mod within the thread would be helpful.  Thank you.
