im having problems with the time

how do i change the time for covers? my times seem to be U.S. time, however i live in Australia. Its very confusing knowing who posted when.and what is a tout?thank you

Hi,All times on Covers are Eastern Standard and Users are unable to change this setting.A tout is basically a person trying to do business through our Forum. There a piece on it here https://www.covers.com/postingforum/forum_manifesto.aspxRegardsCT
