Missing Games in KOC

Question

Games that had no overnight lines but have now had lines up for hours are still missing in KOC contests. NBA is missing 4 games, which is nearly half the card, and NCAAB is missing Milwaukee/Belmont.

Also extends to Survivor and Utlimate Race contests.
