It looks as though the user Franz who you are referring to was placed in the penalty box - not banned - for 3 days for constantly reporting other users as aliases/spammers when they were not. If you suspect that DNI (or another user) is creating aliases and bumping threads, please be more specific by reporting user names and/or links to threads.

I appreciate the clarification. FWIW, you can see how historical posts from Franz have been continuously "bumped" by someone other than Franz . . . malicious in nature and resulting in "post pollution" which pushes relevant and appropriate posts into PAGE 2 "obscurity" and "oblivion" . . . Franz' actions relate in part to whoever it is that is spoiling the forum for the rest of us - he was looking out for the forum. Regardless, three days is only three days so the suspension is a non-issue.
In any event, there are about five accounts which seem to bear remarkable resemblance in content, style and - most importantly - the same degree of adverse impact on the functioning of the forum. Most of these accounts are "new" Feb 2015 accounts . . . hopefully, the situation has resolved itself and this is no longer an issue.
Again - thank you for your attention and - subject to intervening stupid acts of third parties/users - an awesome and informative website.
