Office Pool problem Covers

Hey Covers,

I set up a new office pool but I can't access the forum of the pool..where it shows "join the discussion"  there's no "view forum" area so I can even start a chat..can someone look into this for me please? I'm using Google Chrome & I've even tried doing this on my smartphone & it's not there either..

Are you experiencing this in just that pool or all pools? We can get IT to take a look but want to make sure we know if it's isolated or not. Thanks.

It's just in this pool that this is happening..so could IT please look at this pool & see if they can add the forum to the pool..it's starting on Monday..

Any update on this guys? It's still not working..I've cleaned my cache & browsing history just in case it was on my end but it's not..

Unfortunately, there is no update on this yet. We will comment on this thread as soon as we hear anything.

As a temporary workaround, you could create a thread in the Office Pools forum and have the members access that thread through the main forums. Not ideal, but it could be an option until we can get this bug fixed.

Hey Covers it's been over a month & still the "join the discussion" is any office pool forum is not working..you can't start any threads...With March Madness starting & MLB around the corner would be great to be able to chat in our office pools...any update for this yet?

Hey Green,

There are other things ahead of this task at the moment but we're working on getting it bumped up that list. Still no ETA but we have not forgotten about this issue.
