Opening and live lines?

Why are there both opening and live lines?

Also what are the opwn boxes under ODDS for when I look at a game?

Love this site but new to it.

There are opening and live lines to reflect the line movement. 

As for the boxes under ODDS, I'm unclear which page you are referring to, but if you'd like to clarify that I can certainly help you out there.

When you click on a given game at the bottom, it has two white boxes under the word "ODDS" but they are blank. I can send you a screenshot via PM (I don't know how to post it here).

Also, I had a question re: customer service. I tried calling yesterday before 9p EDT but it went to voicemail. Do they have different hours?
