Pick limit exceeded in Private NFL Office Pool

Hello Covers Help-

Contest is "Our Gang's 21st Annual Football Pool" and has a ten pick limit per week.  However one of my players "ClassicMixup" informed me that they were able to make eleven picks this week...one on 10/28, eight on 10/31 and two on 11/1.

Please correct the weekly pick limit glitch and if possible, adjust this player's pick results and unit score for 11/1.  He lost both sides on 11/1 so it makes no difference which pick is removed.

Looks like this is happening in other office pools as well, thank you for your prompt attention in this matter.

An update, there are multiple instances of this.  In the same office pool, player "Clark55" made one pick on 10/28 and ten picks on 10/31 and player "doggybox" made two picks on 10/28, seven picks on 10/31 and two picks on 11/1.

"doggybox" also made eleven total picks in another pool I manage "Our Gang's 6th Annual High Roller".

I've got almost seventy players in both of these pools and this will get out of hand quickly.  I will ask my players to self-police the number of picks they make but please correct this glitch as quickly as possible, thank you.

I've got the same issue going on in my pools too Omb1...all my pools had set numbers of picks & then all over the sudden it's a "free for all" with unlimited picks..
