Postponed Games

All picks associated with postponed games are set to no action and customers who have purchased picks for this game are contacted.

Oh if you are speaking in terms of the contests, the time on the postponed competitions is changed to the new game date.

Yes, I am speaking of the contests.

We’ve never had games that were in our pendings repositioned into new pendings for following days should they be postponed. They were always counted as “no plays” and discarded. 

Particularly in office pools where there are limits on daily picks, this is problematic. This method has now added a pick for a game I may no longer want for the day it’s rescheduled. Hopefully you see my point.This is new.  

We understand how this can be a frustration within the contests and we apologize for any inconvenience it has caused. The reason is most likely due to the game being postponed but rescheduled for less than 24 hours later. Unfortunately the contests are updated automatically, and there is no way to invalidate anyone's picks for the game without cancelling the game completely. We apologize for this! 

The upside is, if you notice a pick has been rescheduled to a following day, the contest allows now for a replacement pick even if you were previously at your limit, which we’ve never been able to do.
