Private Office Pool Problem

Thank you for the tips.

I've cleared all cookies and files but still no luck.  Used Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome as browsers, as well as my phone.  Is there a browser that you can recommend using?

Hello CT I have an update.

This is a site problem not a computer problem.  I was able to create a private MLB office pool "bustah2019" without issue.  Doing the EXACT same thing for a private NFL office pool does not work.  The process will not advance past the save point on the "Office Pools - Create a Pool" page.  It simply reloads and asks me to save it again.

What are the start/end dates you are trying to set for your pool?

If you can create it under my account, I can send you pool info & playing options but I don't want to post them on an open forum.  Is there a PM address I can use?

Try the following parameters for the pool:

Join Date: Friday, August 9th

Start Date: Tuesday, August 13th

End Date: Tuesday, February 4th

I've got as many as a hundred entry-paying players expecting these contests to continue into their 18th straight season on Covers...can you please advise as to what is going on with office pool creation?

I am still unable to create them, and your offer to create them from the PM I sent three days ago has gone unfulfilled.  I've postponed my start date until August 13 and cannot really afford another week's delay.  If you need me to resend the details that's fine, I never rec'd a confirmation PM that you got it.

At this time we are unable to create your league for you. We have passed this to IT to find out what the issue is and we will let you know when we hear back regarding a fix.
