Is there a place on your site to search for RSI leaders? I love the concept of RSI but do not see an easy way to see people's RSI without clicking on every individual name.
Also, some are colored orange, some black, etc. what does that distinquish?

At this time there is not a way to filter the contest participants by RSI, but could be an option in the future. We are looking to improve/fix the way RSI is currently being updated/displayed but I do not have an exact timeline when that could be rolled out. We will be sure to let everyone know once that has taken place.
