Separate the scoreboard from the matchups

Question

Have not been able to access the matchups for MLB. If the scoreboard does not load then the matchups are not available. It&#x27;s been months since Covers have made this change and it&#x27;s still broken!

YUP! The rest of the site works fine. All that will show is the current first game and only half of it. The rest of the schedule will not load. I have to leave the site to get to go from the matchups to the forums.

I have neither of those. It seems all problems are treated as an IE, clear the cache/cookie solution. Never had a problem until the scoreboard was changed. I could go from today to tomorrow&#x27;s schedules and not have any hang ups. This not being able to load the scoreboard is a RECENT development. It may have started when the scoreboard was tweaked after the changeover, as there was no problem initially Being that I don&#x27;t use the boards during the NHL and NBA seasons I can&#x27;t really pinpoint when it started. Again, this is a recent problem.

Hello,If you are not seeing the Scores &amp; Matchups calendar then you need to disable your ad-blocker. This may very well be causing you compatibility issues.Also, with regards to IE specifically you need to be running 9.0&#x2B; version for optimization. Secondly, please try using the IE compatibility view settings by turning it on and refreshing your screen and turning it off and refreshing your screen. This is found in under &#x27;Tools&#x27;.Hope that helps.CT

OK&gt; Now the scoreboard loads and there&#x27;s A LOT of space between the games on the schedule. I hate to see the amount of space needed when there&#x27;s a full slate of games (only eight games today).Takes  more than a few seconds to load the scoreboard and then more than a few seconds for the matchup page to load. At least it&#x27;s loading and responding but still not like it was before the changes were made.

Managed to go through the first four games for today (the 10PM EST starts are not included). Took me nineteen minutes due to several "Covers.com is not responding" interruptions. Loading  and reloading of the scoreboard then waiting for the pages to load once clicking on the "Matchup" icon AFTER the scoreboard loads. Not a pleasant experience.

Hello,We feel pretty strongly about possibly trying another browser. IE seems to be the browser that causes us the most issues due to its interfearance.CT

Just does not make any sense. I can do everything on the site but access the scoreboard for the following day.  No scoreboard, no matchups.

Hello tinfoils,This appears to be a browser issue on your end. Unfortunately we cannot replicate any of these issues using IE.Apologies for the inconvenience, however at this point we suggest you try another browser when using Covers as it appears your IE compatibility settings are causing you issues.Regards,CT

Don&#x27;t know what was done if anything but the scoreboard and matchups are now meshing without changing browsers. Still using IE and it&#x27;s working.
