We aren't experiencing any server issues, nor have we had any site slow down throughout the day today on our end. We have several employees in your general area who have not had these issues the past few days either. Doesn't appear to be anything we can get IT to look in to at this time but if the issue persists we can have someone take a look.

You could improve the responsiveness of your site by smashing your Winblows servers with hammers and using Apache on Linux. Also, it appears you're running some of your batch jobs at about Midnight PDT. That's when I, at 1 AM MDT, start placing my contest wagers for the next day's MLB. Could you run your batch jobs on a lower priority, so when we click on "submit" it actually does something?
