I usually get a email to confirm my address to get my hat, but I haven't heard anything yet.

We had an issue overnight with Streak Survivor that was tied to a recent update. Your wins are still being recorded, the issue is only with the streaks themselves. This has already been passed to IT so they should be able to have things restored before long. Apologize for the inconvenience.
