Streak Survivor Error

Question

My streak should be 5 but is showing 0. Been this way for over a month. Want to play but not until this is rectified.

Please help! Emails apparently are not going through as I've tried multiple times to get a hold of someone.

Hello Leventis72,&#xA;This would most likely be due to the 7 day rule in Streak Survivor, if your last pick was made on October 25th, more than 7 days would have past and your streak reset, as the deadline would have been reached:&#xA;&#xA;From the moment that your selection is determined to be a win, loss or tie (push), you have 7 days to make a new selection or your score will be reset to zero.
