I appreciate the effort you all have been going about with this, but I have to say in all honesty.....the effort stinks to high heaven. I have been a part of a number of sports forums over the years and never have I seen anything like this. This has been going for what......about a year now? It's always the same old story from you guys, no feedback ever about what plans you might have to stop it.

Guys, nobody understands your justified frustration more than I do. But it's no fun for this guy here either, I mean the guy manning the Help Forum, his hands are somewhat tied and he has to deal with all this bullshit every day too. Lets give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they come up with a more permanent solution soon.

You mean to tell me someone has a job strictly handling the help section?   for a whole shift......8 hours? just manning the help section?      How the hell do they keep up with it??   I mean look at all the issues they have had to deal with since 6am this morning!  Sheetballs!!
