we have to wait 10 minutes to create a new thread?

is that a glitch? i posted in one section now its telling me i have to wait 10 minutes to post in another one?  please tell me thats not right

Hello Badlands,

That is correct our forum post limitations are:

  • 1 reply per 30 seconds, per user
  • Max 100 reply's allowed per 24 hours
  • 1 new thread allowed every 10 minutes, per user
  • Max 10 new threads allowed per 24 hours

This has been put in place a month+ ago to help combat an on going issue with spam posters. Seems to have done the trick, so the plan is to keep this in place.
