Why no prize?

Hi Covers,&#xA; &#xA;On April 13th I reached 13 in Streak Survivor ,thus earning a hat and a hoodie. a few days later, I requested a MED hoodie via email, but got no response. Sent another email a couple of weeks ago, and again no response.&#xA; &#xA;You have always been great about sending prizes in the past, so you definitely have my info on file.&#xA; &#xA;Any help in getting this sorted is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
