i got the 2nd pick in my draft and #1 is going to take foster. so im thinking of taking jamaal charles instead of adrian peterson at #2 is that a mistake???

Chiefs have what easily looks like the toughest rushing schedule in the NFL, are insistent on starting Thomas Jones, lost their offensive coordinator, and have a dead armed QB that's looked abysmal this preseason. (And they're my favorite team)
Charles is just going too high in drafts for my liking.

Between those 2 I don't think it's even close. AP has proved to be a pretty safe play and absolutely should go ahead of Charles. In fact, take Ray Rice ahead of Charles too.

Predicting defenses before the season is flat out stupid and hands down a terrible mistake. I dont feel like posting it but do yourself a favor and look at the top ranked defenses the past 5 years and check the turnover out from year to year. Different teams each and every year.

But you can predict individual parts of a defense. Can I look at who the Steelers and Packers (both teams the Chiefs play) have on their defensive fronts and pretty safely predict they&#x27;ll be difficult to run against, yeah.

I&#x27;d go Ray Rice!!!! Gonna get DD TD&#x27;s this season on top of 500&#x2B; receiving yards!!! McGahee gone and they got Arian Foster&#x27;s all pro full back to block for him now.....Rice HUGE season coming up!!! But of course....that&#x27;s my opinion. My opinion on AP is......Vikings are going to struggle to score all season. I just don&#x27;t like their team and once again have a terrible offensive line. AP will get good numbers, but you have to question late in the season when they&#x27;re out of it how will things be. He is in a contract year, so his efforts won&#x27;t be questioned. Can&#x27;t go wrong with Foster, Charles, Rice or even AP........AP last out of those guys IMO.

Id take AP or ray rice......id slightly lean AP since they plan on utilizing him more in the passing game this year....plus i think mcnabb will give them a better offense than they had all of last year with a dinged up favre

I doubt it. I&#x27;ve seen Lorenzo Booker doing a nice job in the screen game and he should be a real threat. He is more of a threat in the screen game, thus should be the one getting the balls. I would have too see it before I believe it. Just watch. They&#x27;ll be grinding down AP up the middle like a work horse and nothing else. They always do.

Take RICE and thank me later!!! Vikings are gonna SUCK this year and struggle to score!!! Like slikstiks said...Rice is going to EXPLODE this year!!! I shocked everyone in my big money league and took Rice #1!!! They all expected the obvious of AP or Foster. Foster is set to put up big numbers again also, but I prefer Rice.

As far as Charles.....I don't like KC offense as well plus if you had to say a negative about Charles is he does have a bit of a fumbling issue. I heard on the fantasy talk shows that Haley has very little patience for players with mistakes no matter who it is. If for some reason Charles starts to fumble he for sure won't get as many touches.

Have you seen their schedule???? Besides playing Pitt twice and the Jets once the schedule is very manageable for fantasy players. Bengals twice....Browns twice....Titans...Arizona....Seattle...Niners. C'mon!!! Don't make the "schedule" a make or break decision maker.

Rice or Foster should be your pick......I gambled and took Rice!! If Foster goes #1 which is most likely....TAKE RICE!!!! You won't regret it!! I've done my research thoroughly and have read many, many good things in Rice's favor.

i jacked up and got foster pickin first overall.  i wouldve lked to take rice first after him re injuring the hammy and knowing that leach (fosters fb,) was traded to baltimore. fosters got vickers now (hillis&#x27; fb last year) but im not really buyin into it. take Rice!
