hey guys i did not draft a back up for TE in my league during the draft, i currently have dallas clark who i feel maybe be depreciating in value as kerry collins in te QB spot, altho i think he may have potenial to pick it up as i feel collins is going to be looking to get rid of the ball alot quicker this week to a TE end or short pass outlet
anyway just looking for some oppinions on Ed Dickson or Jermaine Gresham as both are free agents right now in my league which one do u guys feel shows the most potential?
also available are Evan Moore, Fred Davis, Anthony Fasano, Benjanim Watson

Would lean Dickson over Gresham though because of QB play.
Fasano will be inconsistent.
Evan Moore is the Browns TE to own over the course of the season and someone I'm keeping an eye on.
Probably: 1) Davis 2) Dickson 3) Gresham 4) Moore 5) Watson 6) Fasano
I'm struggling myself between holding Olsen or Davis. Picked up Davis, dropped him to pickup Olsen, and now thinking about dropping Olsen to pick Davis back up lol.

I like Fred Davis as well.

haha yea TE seems like a hard pick, im really deep at WR in my league im thinking of trying to pair dallas clark with a WR to grab a New england stud TD brady looks to use them alot in his hurry up offense

I have the same predicament with Manning, Clark, and Addai on my team. Luckily for me, I picked up Owen Daniels late in my draft as a backup.
Everyone is so big on Dickson, but I wouldn't touch him. Other than the TD, he didn't have a large number of yards or catches. I think Flacco and Boldin are finally clicking, and with Evans as a deep threat and Rice underneath I dunno if Dickson can perform every game.
Fred Davis is intriguing, but I wouldn't want him either. I live in Washington, so I know a lot about the team. Davis has been on the team for years and never done much because the skins much prefer cooley.
The skins are rebuilding their offensive line, and they prefer cooley much more to davis because davis is a liability as a blocker.
Cooley has been having knee issues all preseason, so Davis has gotten more playing time due to that. Once Cooley gets healthy, I think they start going to him more. Rex is getting hit way too much and they need protection.
out of who's available I prefer Watson. Colt Mccoy is still young, and a good run game and a good TE is his best friend. Who else is he going to throw to? His WR1 is Massoquoi

Dickson didn't do shit this weekend, as expected. The only overhyped young TE's that lived up to their first week performances were Gronkowski and Hernandez. Hernandez got injured though.
I'm sold on Davis now. I'm not sure if it was nationally circulated, but I heard on the radio today that Cooley was telling everyone they had to get the ball to Davis. Basically passing on the torch. With Santana Moss being pretty much the only receiving option in Washington for years, Davis is finally filling a void.
